• You are required to have sufficient financial resources for tuition fees and living expenses for you and your family. 
• Zero criminal record. 
• Good physical health condition. 

You can also work within a specific timeframe once you get approved for the study permit. This will help you take care of additional expenses while attending your college classes. The study visa lets you work for 40 hours for seven days or 20 hours every week off-campus. You can also apply for a work license to be eligible for working in any Canadian business. The student visa, however, lets you work full time as well but only during the summer holidays or between breaks.
