Green Path Immigration and Paralegal Services is founded by Elena Ivanova, who is a certified Immigration Consultant, a full member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council and a Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
We serve clients from all over the world taking care of their immigration needs and provide with paralegal services in Toronto, Thornhill, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Aurora, Barrie, Burlington, Caledon, Oakville and Scarborough.
We can represent our clients before the Immigration and Refugee Citizenship Canada and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada in order to process any type of visa, and submit an appeal, if case is refused. We are authorized to represent our clients in the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Court of Justice under the Provincial offences Act and administrative tribunals.
